A Hands-On Persian Taftoon Bread Workshop
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn to make traditional Persian Taftoon bread from scratch. We’ll prepare the dough together, learn the techniques, and bake fresh bread. Each participant will make their own bread to take home, along with the recipe, new skills, and wonderful memories of our time together. ❤️
Once our breads are ready, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy a delicious Persian dinner featuring freshly made kebab, grilled tomatoes, onions, fresh parsley and herbs, homemade pickles, and other traditional Persian sides. We’ll also serve Persian tomato rice with a golden saffron tahdig.
To end our evening on a sweet note, we’ll enjoy traditional Persian dessert or a cup of Persian tea with sugar, sharing stories, laughter, and the joy of good food and great company.
